Trip on the Chiemsee
Yes, you have heard correctly. During the summer months, our guests even have an in-house Chiemsee Chalet electric yacht at their disposal. Explore the Chiemsee with its islands together with your loved ones. The electric yacht offers space for up to 6 people and is moored in the harbor of Prien am Chiemsee.
You do not need a driver's license for this. Simply pack the boat bag ready packed by the brownies and spend an unforgettable day at sea. Lake Chiemsee not only attracts you to swim and sunbathe, there is much more to experience here.

Fraueninsel
On Fraueninsel you can dock, take a walk through the romantic fishing village, while visiting one of the charming island restaurants or cafes, or visit the monastery Abbey Frauenwörth, a very special power place or even the small island brewery. We will be happy to provide you with insider tips on site, e.g. where to get the most sensational Renken-Matjes sandwiches.
Herrenchiemsee
The royal palace of the fairy-tale king Ludwig on Herrenchiemsee with its magnificent parks was modeled on the palace of Versailles. However, the castle tour with carriage ride should be better planned as an additional day trip, because this is only possible by ferry. With the Chiemsee Chalet electric yacht, however, you can anchor off Herreninsel and be picked up by pedal boat for a BBQ. A particularly romantic experience is the return trip at sunset when there are no more ferries on the lake.
