Wellness

Back to the roots.

We invite you to pause and intensively perceive the pure forces of our native nature.

Inspired by our Chiemgau mountains, fragrant conifers, native meadow herbs and the power of the primal elements warming fire, purifying water, strong earth and clear air, we have put together a selection of soothing, relaxing or vitalizing massages for you.

For all our treatments we use only pure natural products. A selection of our treatment products as well as all Botanical SPA highlights that you will find in your chalet can also be purchased from us for use at home or as a gift at the hotel reception.

Enjoy your wellness time and recharge your batteries for body and soul at the Chiemsee Chalet.

Holistic health with heart and expertise

Kerstin

  • Nurse in emergency medicine
  • Naturopath & energetic practitioner
  • Massage therapist

With my many years of experience in conventional medicine and my deep understanding of alternative healing methods, I will accompany you on the path to greater well-being and inner balance. My approach combines sound medical knowledge with holistic forms of therapy – individually tailored to your needs.

I discovered my passion for massages in India, where I trained in classical Ayurveda massage. This gentle, deeply relaxing technique is a central component of my treatments and supports body, mind and soul in equal measure.

Let yourself be pampered in a soothing atmosphere and experience how targeted touch releases blockages and gives you new energy.

I look forward to getting to know you!

Our massages & wellness rituals.

Full body healing massage (60 minutes, €120)

Our ‘Magical Full Body Healing Massage’ offers you the choice between a comprehensive treatment of the entire body or a targeted massage of the back, neck and face. Gentle, flowing movements release tension and stimulate circulation, resulting in a deep state of relaxation.

Foot reflexology massage
(50 minutes, €110)

By applying targeted pressure to specific reflex zones on your feet, the corresponding organs and body regions are positively influenced. This technique promotes self-healing powers and ensures deep relaxation throughout the entire body.

Treat yourself to some time out and let our experienced therapist Kerstin pamper you at the Chiemsee Chalet. Our treatments are designed to enhance your well-being and give you moments of peace and relaxation.
Note: For optimal results, we recommend combining the treatments with a visit to your private chalet sauna or a walk in the surrounding nature.

Cupping

This traditional method of naturopathy uses special cupping glasses to stimulate blood circulation and promote lymph flow. Cupping can help to relieve muscle tension and improve general well-being.
Cupping can be included as part of the full body massage on request.

We recommend to request applications already at the time of room reservation or to announce them at least 2 weeks before the start of your vacation. This is the best way for us to fulfill your wishes. You are welcome to inform us of these by e-mail, via our contact form or by telephone.
