Longer minimum stays:
Over the turn of the year as well as in the summer vacations 2023 our chalet suites, with free choice of the arrival and departure day, are only bookable from at least one week.
Short stays from 2 nights* :
In case of available gaps in the booking schedule, we are happy to offer shorter stays below our minimum stay of 4 nights upon request via our contact form.
The prices include our rich and delicious “Tischlein-deck-dich” breakfast, laid out in the private chalet suite, daily as well as final cleaning and from a booking of at least 4 nights. *For short stays with less than 4 nights we charge a one-time flat rate for the final cleaning of the chalet suite, graduated by category.

Subject to availability and feasibility based on official Corona requirements at the time of travel:
- In-house electric yacht (license free, seasonally available approx. May to October / €350/day), advance reservation recommended.
- Wellness treatments in the SPA room of the Chiemsee Chalet, timely advance reservation required

Arrival: from 15:00 o’clock | Departure until 10:30 o’clock
Please inform us in advance if you need a late check in.
LATE CHECK OUT:
Departure after 10:30 a.m. requires consultation with reception the night before and is subject to availability under the following conditions:
for departure before 15:00 half price, for departure after 15:00 full price for an extra night minus 10€ breakfast p.. P. in the booked category.

Regular: 50% deposit
Cancellation conditions
In the event that you are unable to take the vacation you have booked, we will try our best to rent your chalet suite to someone else. Unless we find another tenant, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Cancellation up to 6 months before arrival – free of charge
- Up to 2 months before arrival – 50% of the agreed service
- Less than 2 months before arrival or early departure – 100% of the agreed service
Play it safe with travel cancellation insurance and get reimbursed for cancellation costs.

*Extraordinary cancellation conditions due to the current official measures by the Corona Pandemic: If an arrival should not be possible on the booked travel date due to an officially ordered ban on tourist travel, or if the Chiemsee Chalet is not open due to official restrictions, we will refund the deposit paid to guests who have made their booking through us directly.
